How long do computer repairs take?
Most repairs are back with you in 24 to 48 hours. Data recovery and jobs that need a part ordering take longer, and we give you an expected date before we start rather than after.
What does the £30 diagnostic actually cover?
A full hardware and software diagnosis and a written quote. If you decide not to go ahead, the £30 is waived and you pay nothing. If you do go ahead, it comes off the repair bill.
Do you do on-site repairs in Winchester?
